MINI GYMKATA: Age 4

Mini Gymkata offers exposure to a variety of Martial Arts in a dynamic class which incorporates Martial Arts philosophies and skills in a fun environment promoting confidence, respect and incredible listening & following skills.

This class is an intro into all the various types of martial arts. The children will be able to learn about each one, learn respect and discipline, in a highly physical engaging and FUN environment. The class fuses Martial Arts with Gymnastics to empower kids to safely be the Ninjas they are in their minds!

This class teaches very important concepts of anti bullying, self defence, empowerment, teamwork and respect!
