Capacity
Each space has a legal capacity that counts everyone — kids, babies, adults, and staff. Party packages include 25 kids; larger groups add a staff member for a small fee.
Setup & cleanup
Arrive 30 minutes before your party to set up, and you’ll have 30 minutes after to clean up and head out.
Food
Bring your own food or order in — whatever works for you. All food must be nut-free.
Cancellations
In the event of illness with a medical note, a $50 admin fee is kept and the balance is refunded; you may reschedule within 12 months of the original date. Other cancellations are non-refundable. To reschedule, please ask at least 4 weeks in advance — rescheduling depends on availability.
